Minimum Numbers

A minimum of 10 children applies to all craft party bookings. If fewer than 10 children attend on the day, the minimum charge for 10 children still applies.

Deposit

A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your booking date and time. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Final Numbers

Final guest numbers must be confirmed 3 days prior to the event. After this time, numbers cannot be reduced. Additional children may be added if time and materials allow and will be charged at the standard per-child rate.

Optional craft add-ons are prepared in advance and cannot be reduced once final numbers are confirmed.

Final Payment

Remaining payment must be made before the party begins via bank transfer prior to the event or cash on the day unless otherwise arranged.

Craft Activities

Craft party activities may include options such as:

• Slime making

• Canvas painting

• Jewellery making

• Air-dry clay decorating

• Decoden decorating

• Bath bomb or lip gloss making

• Adopt-a-plush or soft toy decorating

• Other selected creative activities

Activities vary depending on the package chosen.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Parents/guardians must notify Kids Soiree before the event of any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions that may affect participation.

Kids Soiree is not responsible for reactions where allergies or sensitivities have not been disclosed prior to the event.

Supervision

A responsible adult must remain present for the duration of the party. Kids Soiree staff supervise activities but are not responsible for overall child supervision.

Space Requirements

The host is responsible for providing adequate space for setup and activities. If the event is outdoors, a suitable undercover weather-protected area must be available.

Access & Parking

Safe access and nearby parking must be available for equipment unloading and setup.

Late Start Times

If the party start time is delayed due to access issues, late guest arrival or venue readiness, the party finish time will remain as scheduled.

Clothing & Surfaces

While care is taken during activities, some materials (including paint, slime, glue and craft decorations) may cause stains. Kids Soiree is not responsible for damage to clothing, furniture or surfaces.

Some craft items require drying time and may need to remain flat after the party. Kids Soiree is not responsible for damage once items leave the activity area.

Photography

Photos and short videos may be taken during events for Kids Soiree promotional purposes unless written notice is provided prior to the event advising otherwise.

Travel Fees

Travel fees may apply depending on event location and will be confirmed at time of booking.

Cancellations & Changes

Deposits are non-refundable. Date changes may be accommodated where availability permits.

By paying the deposit, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
